Breed Pleasure
My own interpretation of an embodied soul journey is an active way of life where we do things that give us pleasure.
Before you roll your eyes and think I’m being a Pollyanna hear me out. Are paying bills, doing laundry, cleaning your house and so on really pleasure based. Well. In my opinion…yes! I want to clean my house so when my friend comes over for tea I can feel relaxed. I want to wash my clothes so I look as good as I feel. I want to pay my bills so I can splurge on that rose flavored macaron at the bakery and not feel guilty.
Below are some of the things that I do to breed pleasure. Some may surprise you! I’d love to know some of yours as well!

♾ listening to a strangers story
♾ dressing up to sit on the couch
♾ frothed milk in my coffee
When it comes to embodied sex, and I mean truly embodied sex, we create a sensuous work of art with our partner, we desire to give them pleasure, we move from love and affection, and most important above all else- we revel in the ordinary.
