Qoya & Questions
Saturday, March 19th, from 12-2pm
Qoya is a movement system based on the idea that through movement, we remember. We remember our essence is wise, wild and free
Through movement, ritual, community connection, we learn to trust the physical sensation of truth in our bodies.
In this class we will dance to the theme of pleasure, set intentions, move our hearts, and even stand in the shadow of what it feels like in our body when we cannot access pleasure.
After the class there will be a short break and then participants will get to ask Juli questions (anonymously should you desire) all about pleasure. How to find it, claim it, create it and receive it. Juli will be providing tangible rituals and practices for participants to try.
This class is limited to 8 participants.
